Richmond Christmas Mother Fund

The Richmond Christmas Mother Fund, offered by the Richmond-Times Dispatch, helps nonprofits in the Greater Richmond region brighten the holidays for individuals and families who are in need. Through holiday assistance programs, such as toys, gifts, clothing, or food, The Richmond Christmas Mother Fund supports the tradition of community generosity by area citizens to their less fortunate neighbors.

To be eligible to apply for a Richmond Christmas Mother Fund grant, an organization must be a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that serves the residents of the Greater Richmond region. Religious institutions are eligible to apply only if participation in any program supported by the Richmond Christmas Mother Fund is not limited by religious affiliation and benefits the broader community.

Organizations must also have an updated GiveRichmond portrait. If you do not currently have a portrait, please contact Phil Giaramita, GiveRichmond Coordinator.
