Biography:

Mark B. Sisisky is Managing Director, Caprin Asset Management, LLC and is the Managing General Partner of New Dominion of Virginia, LC.  Prior to Caprin, Sisisky served as President and CEO of Lee Distributing, Inc., an Anheuser-Busch wholesaler serving Southside Virginia.  He serves on the boards of Virginia Life Science Investments LLC and Xenith Bank.

Mark has been active in community affairs both in Petersburg and Richmond.  Sisisky is a Past President of the Richmond Jewish Foundation and the Jewish Community Federation of Richmond.  He chaired the United Way of Greater Richmond & Petersburg Endowment Foundation until its restructuring in August 2007.  Currently, Mark serves on the boards of the Council for America’s First Freedom, Virginia Museum of Fine Arts and the Hillel Jewish Center at the University of Virginia. He also serves on the board and the executive committee for the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee,  which currently operates in 69 countries to provide rescue, relief and community building to both Jewish and non-Jewish residents around the the world.
