Biography:
Maureen C. Ackerly is an attorney with Armstrong Bristow Farley & Schwarzschild. Her practice focuses on estate and trust planning, tax planning and business succession planning for closely held businesses and estate and trust administration. Prior to joining Armstrong Bristow, she practiced with McGuireWoods from 1998 to 2009. Recognized among the Legal Elite by Virginia Business. Maureen is the legal advisor to several TCF fund donors. She is an elite level runner who qualified for the U.S. Olympic Women’s Marathon Team Trials in 2008 at the age of 39. Maureen currently serves on the Massey Cancer Center’s Community Advisory Board.
