Sample Bequest Language

You can provide for the creation of a fund, or add to your existing fund, in your will.  This will ensure that giving patterns established during your lifetime will continue in the future.  You can designate a gift or a portion of your estate to TCF and, in some cases, receive a  substantial reduction in federal gift and estate taxes.
