Virginia Randolph Scholarship
Description
The Virginia Randolph Scholarship was established in 1963 by The Virginia Randolph Foundation, Inc. and The First & Merchants National Bank. The Fund was established at The Community Foundation in 2008. The purpose of the Fund is to honor Virginia Estelle Randolph’s 57-year teaching career in Henrico County by supporting the provision of scholarships or tuition assistance for qualifying high school graduates from Henrico County.
