Focus on Results: The Community Foundation's Grantmaking Program
The Community Foundation's grantmaking is focused on investing for a healthy and thriving community. This year, we reframed our grant priorities to better reflect how our grant investments impact the community through four specific results-based goals. With the help of Communitas Consulting, we have gathered input from nonprofits, TCF donors, and community partners to ensure our new results-based framework addresses the greatest needs and is coordinated with existing efforts. TCF Board of Governors and staff are pleased to present our new framework.
