Share Your Story


You received a grant from the Foundation and now we want to know what you were able to achieve as a result. Submit your story to the Foundation and you can easily outreach to a broad audience who is invested in the well-being of our communities. We will use these stories throughout our Web site, our social media sites and various publications.  

Instructions

In no more than 300 words, please tell us what a grant from The Community Foundation meant to you and your organization. If possible, please also tell us how this grant benefited a client, member or other beneficiary of your services.  

Include the grant amount and when you receive it. We also strongly encourage you to provide a digital photo best visually describes your story, along with a brief caption.
