Biography:
Margaret M. Nost joined The Community Foundation in 2002 and currently is Regional Affiliate Director, providing local staff support for TCF’s three affiliates – the Gloucester Community Foundation, the Mathews Community Foundation and River Counties Community Foundation.
After graduating from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College, Nost spent 16 years at Crestar Financial Corporation in Richmond, VA, serving in a variety of positions. She resigned as a Senior Vice President in Credit Administration to become Director of Development at Chesapeake Academy in Irvington, VA, a position she held for 7 years. She continues to volunteer at the school and is currently President of the Board.
