What Carmen does at the Foundation:

Carmen manages the human resources functions at the Foundation including benefits administration, payroll, recruitment, employee relations and policy development. She serves as a strategic partner working alongside each of the organization’s teams to help meet individual and organizational needs.

When Carmen’s not working

She might be in Disney World, her favorite vacation spot! She and her family make the trip to Orlando at least once a year. Carmen’s three boys keep her busy and what she’d love to fill her free time with is sleep (which is a rarity!)
